Mintify Cleaning
Effective Date: 27 November 2025
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Mintify Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “client”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Mintify Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Service scope, frequency, and pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2. Bookings & Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.If access cannot be gained, the booking may be charged in full.For key-holding arrangements, we take reasonable care but accept no liability for loss unless caused by negligence.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are provided based on the information supplied by the client.We reserve the right to amend pricing if the information provided is inaccurate or if the condition of the property differs significantly.Payment terms will be confirmed on booking (e.g. upfront, on completion, or monthly invoicing).Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, providing reasonable notice where possible.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.We will endeavour to resolve the issue by re-cleaning where appropriate.Refunds are provided solely at our discretion and are limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Health & Safety
The client must ensure the property is safe for cleaning staff, including safe working conditions and access to utilities.We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services where health and safety risks are identified.
7. Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care while providing our services.Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.We are not responsible for:Pre-existing damageNormal wear and tearDamage resulting from faulty or unstable itemsOur liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Insurance
Mintify Cleaning holds appropriate public liability insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.
9. Keys, Alarms & Security
Clients are responsible for providing accurate alarm codes and instructions.We are not liable for alarm call-out charges if incorrect information is provided.
10. Termination
We may terminate services immediately if:Payment terms are breachedThe client behaves abusively or unreasonablyUnsafe working conditions existClients may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with agreed terms.
11. Subcontractors
We reserve the right to use vetted employees or subcontractors to deliver services.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on www.mintifycleaning.co.uk.
13. Website Use
Website content is for general information only. We are not liable for reliance placed on website information.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
15. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
