Mintify Cleaning

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Mintify Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ServicesMintify Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

​

 

2. Bookings & AccessClients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. Failure to provide access may result in the booking being charged in full.

​

 

3. Pricing & PaymentsPrices are based on information provided. We reserve the right to amend pricing if conditions differ. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

 

4. CancellationsAt least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

5. Satisfaction GuaranteeAny issues must be reported within 24 hours. Refunds are at our discretion.

​

 

6. Damage & LiabilityClaims must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

​

 

7. Health & SafetyWe reserve the right to refuse service where unsafe conditions exist.

​

 

8. InsuranceWe hold appropriate public liability insurance.

 

 

9. SubcontractorsWe may use vetted employees or subcontractors.

10. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
